Being Desi Cow Vedic Bilona A2 Ghee
Our process begins with boiling whole milk from Desi cows, which is then left overnight in a clay pot to naturally turn into yoghurt. The next morning, this yoghurt is churned with a traditional wooden churner to extract makkhan (butter). This butter is gently heated in iron or clay vessels over low heat to produce this rare, authentic ghee. We strictly avoid removing cream from the milk, using raw or processed cream, or butter from buffaloes or hybrid cows. Additionally, no aluminum vessels are used at any stage of production, ensuring purity and quality.
