📅 What is the return window?

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible products. Exceptions apply for health/personal care items.

🌍 Do you offer international returns?

Yes. We offer reverse pickup in the UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Israel, Germany, UAE, Ireland, and Kuwait. For other countries, we’ll share the return address.

🔄 How do I request a return?

Go to My Orders → Select item → Submit return/exchange → Follow our instructions.

📦 What items are eligible?

Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition. Raise request within 30 days of delivery.

💳 How long for a refund?

Refunds processed in 5–7 business days after item passes inspection. Some prepaid orders get instant refunds.

📮 Can I ship it myself?

Yes. We’ll email you the return address. Ship and share the tracking ID to returns@buy3x.com.

🚫 What if pickup fails or return is declined?

Please keep the item ready. Returns can be rejected if used/damaged or raised outside the window.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, seals, and packaging must be intact
• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
• The item is not listed as non-returnable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
• Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, skincare)
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards or digital products
• Sale items marked “Final Sale”

📮 Return Process

1. Email returns@buy3x.com to request a return.
2. If approved, we will:
   • Share a return shipping label (where available)
   • Provide the return address and instructions
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using the approved method.
