Beans pickle, also known as Chikkudukaaya Pickle, is a traditional Indian recipe bursting with vibrant flavors. This pickle pairs wonderfully with rice, chapati, paratha, idli, or dosa. Made from farm-fresh beans infused with hot chillies, garlic, tamarind, mustard powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, salt, and groundnut oil, it offers a distinctive dill aroma. It has a shelf life of three months and is available in 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 2kg packs. To maintain freshness, store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container and always use a dry spoon. Refrigeration is not necessary.
