Pure Desi Gir Cow Ghee is crafted from A2 milk sourced from our partner Gir cows, which freely graze and enjoy sunlight for five hours daily. After the calf has nursed adequately, the milk is hand-extracted, boiled, and then cultured with curds to form whole curds. These curds are churned to produce butter, which is gently melted in a brass vessel to yield authentic pure desi cow ghee.
