Buy3X accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.

Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened where applicable, and in resaleable condition.
  • All tags, seals, accessories, and original packaging are included.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is not marked as final sale, personalised, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise non-returnable.

Non-returnable items

  • Personal care, hygiene, or opened cosmetic items.
  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Gift cards, digital products, and final sale items.
  • Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.
