• Virgo Baking powder when used in dough forms the best velvety texture, volume, and lightness. 
• Use 10g of Virgo baking powder for 450g of flour. Mix thoroughly with the flour in a dry state by sifting the flour and baking powder together two or three times. The ready dough should immediately be put in the oven. Keep the lid tightly closed.
