Ingredients:

Coriander,Dry Mango, Red Chillies, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Aniseeds, Chinese Star, lodised Salt, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Cumin, Mace, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Black Cumin, Dry Ginger

Directions:

Boil 500 gms diced vegetables like Potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Peas, etc. and drain the water.
Heat three-tablespoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces.
Stir and cook for two minutes.
Add six teaspoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half a cup of water.
Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes.
Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Kasoori methi for taste & aroma
Serve hot.
