Anveshan Gir Cow Ghee
Crafted using the traditional Ayurvedic Bilona method, this ghee is made from the milk of Gir cows. The butter is churned from curd and gently heated over a wood-fired chullah, avoiding natural gas and aluminum utensils to preserve purity. Each litre of ghee requires 25-30 litres of fresh milk, unlike conventional ghee made from leftover cream. Our cows are fed a carefully managed diet of green grasses, millets, and legumes, and milk from cows that have recently calved is rested for 15 days, ensuring suitability for sacred rituals. This ghee is gluten-free, rich in antioxidants, and enhances dishes with a distinctive, wholesome flavor without harmful fats.
