• Ariselu or Adhirasam is the most popular sweet of two Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and made remarkable during the festivals of Sankranti and Diwali. Ariselu is a product made of rice four, jaggery, and sesame seeds or Nuvvulu that impart extravagant taste to the sweet Ariselu. Adhirasam or Ariselu is yummy and succulent, with an additional crusty texture that will enlighten the festival mood.
