Ingredients of Loha Bhasma

• Iron (Purified)

• Ghrit kumari ras

Dosage:

The dosage of  Loha Bhasma is about 50 mg to 250 mg twice a day. Loha Bhasma dosage should not exceed from 500 mg per day.
