This delectable dessert is made primarily from just a few simple ingredients: chickpea flour (besan), ghee (clarified butter), and sugar. The process of creating Mysore Pak involves mixing besan with hot, aromatic ghee, creating a smooth batter that is then cooked until it undergoes a magical transformation.
