Organic Express pure Gir Ghee is crafted on our farm located in the Western Ghats near Sakleshphur, Hassan District, Karnataka. The cows graze freely in open pastures, and milk is hand-extracted. It is then cooked in traditional earthen vessels over firewood, fermented using a local whole milk method without cream separation, and churned with a Tamarind Tree wooden Bilona. This authentic cow ghee offers a shelf life of 9 months.
