• Have 2-4 pills in a day
• Have 2 times a day
• Consume It with water or lukewarm milk
• Honey or buttermilk can be added to improve the taste
• This can be consumed before or after having food
• Children below 5 years of age should have half to 1 tablet a day
• Children between 5 to 12 years of age should have 1 tablet a day
• Children between 12- 18 years of age should have 1 to 2 tablets a day
• Should be consumed for at least 3 to 4 months for effective results
