Ingredients:

Coriander, Iodized Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Cardamom Seeds, Dry Ginger, Cinnamon, Mace, Nutmeg,  Cloves, Black Cumin.

Directions:

• Soak one cup medium sized chick peas overnight in 8 cup of water.

• Add 1/2 teaspoon Amla powder and pressure cook until tender.

• Drain off excess water. Add three tbsp. full Chola Bhatura Masala & pour boiling hot ghee on top.

• Mix & garnish with tomato sliced, onion sliced & green chillies & serve with bread, rice or bhatura
