The Kutema Gajak is prepared by assembling all the vital ingredients that make a true Gajak. Like pure jaggery, sesame seeds and peanuts. The dry ingredients are grounded to a fine powder and then folded in with melted Jaggery and stretched for hours. This preparation gives it a very unique mouth feel with a distinct brittle and dry texture along with a warmth and sweet, nutty finish.
