How To Use:

• Skin: Dilute 2 to 4 drops of lavender with a carrier oil of your choice, and apply it to your chosen area of skin to give it a general uplifting boost. Applying pure lavender oil to your skin (especially open wounds) could irritate your skin, so make sure you mix it into just a little bit of a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or jojoba oil especially if you have sensitive skin.
• Hair:
Lavender oil used daily as part of a stimulating scalp massage can help to regrow hair. Create a natural conditioner mask by blending lavender oil with olive oil or coconut oil and massage it into your scalp once in a week for a soft and shiny mane.
• Aromatherapy:
Rejuvenate and energize your mind and body by adding 3 to 4 drops of Lavender essential oil in the diffuser of your choice to create a calming environment. Add a few drops to a spray bottle, mix with distilled water and spray this mist around the room.
