Roopak's Special Curry Powder

Ingredients:

• Coriander, Chillies, Onion powder, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin, Garlic powder, Cinamon, and Dry ginger.

Usage:

• Fry onions and tomatoes till they turn a deep reddish-brown in color. Add the Curry Powder stir for a few minutes, then add a little water. Add cut vegetables, allow it to simmer on low heat, and build flavor. Lastly, add salt to taste!
