Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Coriander, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Iodised Salt, Dry Mango powder, Onion powder, Black pepper, Onion powder, Cumin, Cardamom seeds, Garlic, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Mace, Cinnamon, Cloves

Directions:

• In half cup of water add three teaspoon RoopakDum Aloo Masala and make paste.

• ln cooking pan, heat three teaspoon Oil and fry two onions(cut in small size) till golden brown.Add masala paste and simmer.

• Add paste of four tomatoes and cook till oil separates.

• Add salt to taste.

• To this mix add six small boiled and fried potatoes and three cup of water and cook for five min.
