Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala powder
- Dress and Cut Vegetables like lotus stem, bitter-gourd, ladyfinger, brinjal, potato. onions etc.
- Slit & stuff with Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala.
- Heat Oil in a pan or tawa.
Ingredients:
Iodized Salt, Coriander, Dry Mango Powder, Dry Pomegranate, Cumin, Black Pepper, Red chillies, Cardamom-Seeds, Coram, Fenugreek, Green Chillies, Yellow Chilies.
Directions:
Dress and Cut Vegetables like lotus stem, bitter-gourd, ladyfinger, brinjal, potato. onions etc.
Slit & stuff with Roopak Bharwan (Tawa Fry) Masala.
Heat Oil in a pan or tawa.
Gently place the stuffed vegetables in oil (slit portion upwards).
Simmer on low flame and turn occasionally till tender.
Sprinkle Roopak Shahi Garam Masala for flavor, taste and aroma Serve with Bread/Naan/Parantha.
