How To Use:
Most essential oils need to be diluted in a carrier substance such as vegetable/nut oil or just plain water at no greater concentration than 3-5 percent before applying it on skin. Adding the essential oil to a carrier substance better facilitates the absorption of the oil by the body. Sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil and avocado oil make for good carrier oils.
For topical use, dilute to approx. 2-5% with the carrier of your choice and apply to face, body, hair, and scalp. You can also add it to your existing hair and skin care products.
Safety Information: For external use only. Other than aromatherapy, dilute with a carrier oil. For topical use, rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use.
