Ingredients:

Coriander, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Iodized Salt, Cardamom Seed, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin, Red Chilies, Garlic, Fenugreek, Black pepper, Dry Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cinnamon.

DIRECTIONS:

• Soak two cup(200gms) Chick peas overnight in eight cups of water.

• Add chopped ( 2 no s onions,4 no s tomatoes,4 pcs green chilies) 2 tablespoon oil, 1 table spoon chopped ginger and salt (according to taste) to pre soaked chickpeas and pressure cook till tendered

• Add six teaspoon of 'Roopak amritsari choley masala' and boil for 5 min on low flame for better results, press chickpeas with wooden spoon.
