Direction to use

Neti Sutra Rubber Tube should be used following the below steps.

• Push through the nose till it reaches to the back of the throat

• Reach far back into the throat with the first two fingers, using the fingers as pincers to take hold of the sutra

• Grasp the Neti Sutra between the first two fingers. Draw out of the mouth. Still leave some of the sutra outside the nose

• Hold each end of Neti sutra. Gently floss back and forth few times

• Attach the 2 ends of the sutra together. Form a circle. Draw it through the nostrils several times. 

• Separate the attached ends of the sutra. Remove it completely

• Rinse off the Neti sutra. Perform the same process on the opposite nostril
