Patanjali Tamra Bhasma is an Ayurvedic supplement derived from copper, known as Tamra in Hindi. This preparation features copper in a calx form combined with aloe vera juice and purified sulphur. Produced by Divya Pharmacy following traditional Ayurvedic methods, it is entirely vegetarian and made from high-quality copper. The supplement is reputed to aid in managing chronic or complex health conditions without side effects and has a shelf life of five years. Usage should follow medical advice, typically 250mg once or twice daily with ghee, honey, milk, or sugar. For wound healing, it is mixed with honey, and for inducing vomiting, 60–300mg combined with honey or sugar is recommended. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain efficacy.
