Ingredients:

• 100% Organic Amla Powder (Phyllanthus Emblica).

Directions to Use:

• For Hair:
• Take 1 tbsp of Amla Powder.
• Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 3 tbsp of water to prepare a paste.
• You can also use amla oil or egg.
• Gently apply the paste to the hair and leave it for an hour.
• Rinse it off with normal water for naturally shiny and healthy hair.
• For Skin:
• Mix water in 1 tbsp Amla Powder and apply this paste to your face.
• Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse it off with normal water.
